Nanaimo Aquatic Centre

The job for the Aquatic Center came in stages.  The first part came in before the center opened.  From my workshop at home I did the handrails by the lobby, and the glass around the front entrance, as well as three doors from the lobby into offices and assembly rooms.  I am proud of the sign over the front entrance outside.  It was done on clear tempered glass and installed over a bluish background.  It changes constantly with the light outside.  

Subsequently they gave me a new contract and I worked on the windows around the pool after the Aquatic Center was open.  I did the preparatory work in the day time and sandblasted it at night .
